How do I get to the hotel?
To arrange for your transfers to/from a train station or airport, please don’t hesitate to contact our concierge service at email@example.com or complete your online check-in form, sent to you in your confirmation email.
Can I park at the hotel?
Closest car park: Parking Indigo Bourse, 31bis rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris.
Can I smoke at the hotel?
Can my pet come too?
When can I check in?
Depending on availability, early check-in may be an option. Please contact our reservations service if you want to arrange for an earlier arrival. If you want to be sure your room will be available before 2 pm, we recommend booking it for the previous night, as well.
If early check-in before 2 pm is not an option, you can leave your luggage in our luggage storage and explore the neighbourhood or simply enjoy the hotel’s amenities while you wait.
When do I need to check out?
If you want to be sure you can check out after 12 pm, we recommend booking your room for the following night, as well.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?

How can I request additional amenities?
We can also lend you an umbrella (for a €15 security deposit) or a power adapter (for a €10 security deposit).

What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served each morning from 7 to 11 am. Except in certain special offers, breakfast is not included in the price of the rooms.
Breakfast is €20 for adults and €10 for children between 4 to 12 year old, the breakfast is free for children under 4-year-old.
What time is the Tea time?

Room service is available from 11 am to 10 pm in the rooms and to be picked up at reception from 10 pm to 7 am.
What are the wellness centre’s hours?
The gym and tea room are accessible 24/7.
