How do I get to the hotel?
To arrange for your transfers to/from a train station or airport, please don’t hesitate to contact our concierge service at concierge@hotel-louvois.com or complete your online check-in form, sent to you in your confirmation email.
Can I park at the hotel?
Closest car park: Parking Indigo Bourse, 31bis rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris.
Can I smoke at the hotel?
Can my pet come too?
When can I check in?
Depending on availability, early check-in may be an option. Please contact our reservations service if you want to arrange for an earlier arrival. If you want to be sure your room will be available before 2 pm, we recommend booking it for the previous night, as well.
If early check-in before 2 pm is not an option, you can leave your luggage in our luggage storage and explore the neighbourhood or simply enjoy the hotel’s amenities while you wait.
When do I need to check out?
If you want to be sure you can check out after 12 pm, we recommend booking your room for the following night, as well.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?

How can I request additional amenities?
We can also lend you an umbrella (for a €15 security deposit) or a power adapter (for a €10 security deposit).

What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served each morning from 7 to 11 am. Except in certain special offers, breakfast is not included in the price of the rooms.
Breakfast is €20 for adults and €10 for children between 4 to 12 year old, the breakfast is free for children under 4-year-old.
What time is the Tea time?
Does the hotel offer room service?
Room service is available from 11 am to 10 pm in the rooms and to be picked up at reception from 10 pm to 7 am.
What are the wellness area’s hours?
The gym and tea room are accessible 24/7.
Have the staff been trained to comply with health safety measures?
We prioritise autonomus work to limit the risk of contagion. All working processes have been rethought as part of the battle against the spread of the virus.
Are common areas and equipment disinfected?
An employee is responsible for the cleaning and disinfection of common areas throughout the day. All of our staff take special care in the cleaning and disinfection of all points of contact.We use surfactants and virucidal agents that meet health standards.
What measures have been put in place to respect physical distance?
Materialized queues are available in all places that may be required.Ground stickers have been placed to allow you to comply with physical distance measure.
A plexiglas is placed at the front desk. Prioritise contact with reception that is always there to help.
Do I have to follow one direction of traffic to move around?
The traffic direction is shown, please respect it.
Can I disinfect myself and control my temperature?
Hydroalcoholic gel is available at the entrance of the hotel. Thermometres are available at reception upon request.
If symptoms appear during the course of your trip or during your hotel stay, immediately inform the hotel, contact your gp and respect self isolation in your room while waiting for a test result. In case of severe symptoms call 15 or ask for help by dialing 9.
Do I have to choose a particular method of payment?
Prioritise credit card payments at each point of sales. We disinfect the terminal before each use.Use the drop-off buckets available to exchange documents with our team.
Can I use the lift to get around?
As far as possible use the lift to go up and the stairs to go down. Please use the elevator only with people travelling with you.Use your room key to select your floor.
Do I must respect barrier gestures?
We rely on you to respect the barrier gestures within the hotel for the well-being of all. Wash your hands, sneez and cough in your elbow, use a disposable tissue, greet contactless.
Have the facilities in the rooms changed?
Printed information, consumables and accessories have been removed from your room: room directory, coffee, pen, mini-bar content etc. You will find all information on your TV screen. Reception is available to assist you, dial 9. Amenities, coffee, tea and refreshing drinks are at your disposal upon request at reception.
Can I have breakfast at the hotel?
Breakfast is served from 07:00 am to 11:00 am. Specific measures have been put in place; reception is available for further information.
Is the wellness area accessible?
The wellness area is open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Its capacity is limited; reception is available for further information.
Can I use the shared bathroom facilities?
We encourage you to use the bahroom in your room. The toilets in the lobby will be opened on request at reception.
