Mediator – Dispute resolution
In accordance with article L. 156-1 of the Consumer Code, Square Louvois Hotel offers its customers a consumer mediation system by joining the sectoral mediation system, MTV – MEDIATION TOURISM AND TRAVEL. After having contacted the hotel’s customer service department and if there is no satisfactory response within 15 working days, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details and referral procedures are available on his website:

Bookings should be guaranteed with a valid credit card (numbers, date and cryptogram), or with the payment in advance of all the charges.
A credit card will be asked for guarantee at check in. For more information, please contact the hotel.
In case of a no-show at the hotel, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
Non-Cancellable, non-refundable rate
A prepayment corresponding to the totality of the stay is invoiced at the time of booking. This prepayment is not refundable in the event of cancellation, change of dates of stay or no-show.
Depending on the periods, free cancellation and changes until 2 days, 10 days or 14 days prior to the arrival date. If canceled or changed after or in the event of a no-show at the hotel, 100% of the booking amount is charged and non-refundable.
In the event of a force majeure event, the establishment reserves the right to accommodate all or some guests in a nearby hotel of an equivalent category and services, with the related transfer costs borne by the establishment, which cannot be held liable for any further compensation.
