Settlement of disputes

In accordance with L 156-1 of the French Consumer Code, customers are informed by the hotel of the possibility of recourse to a conventional mediation procedure thru MTV – MEDIATION TOURISME ET VOYAGE. Guests should first contact the hotel customer service to settle the dispute by an agreement. If no such is reached within 15 days, guests can contact the Mediator for Travel and Tourism on the following website: www.mtv.travel.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L221-5 of the same code. Accommodation and catering services are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Price management

The prices issued are determined by a practice of fine-tuned price management. They may therefore depend on several parameters such as (non-exhaustive list): the date of reservation, the date of stay, the period between these two dates, etc...
